Founded in 2001 by Bill Davis and Glen Beal, with safety, quality, and client-centered solutions as our focus, Pacific Rim Constructors has grown into a global leader in remote-site infrastructure development. With over 2000 employees dedicated to natural resource projects around the world and active projects in both hemispheres, our reach has grown past our beginnings on Sakhalin Island, but our philosophy remains the same: safety, client-focus, and full-spectrum, single-point service. We are still an owner-operated company, which gives us an extremely responsive structure, where our clients’ needs are paramount. We are large enough, however, to ensure excellent value and stability.
